The Untold You
People come to me when the constant grind has worn them down.
They’ve been holding everything together for so long that their confidence has faded, overwhelm has crept in, and burnout is no longer a distant idea.
They know something has to change —
they’re just caught between fear of staying the same and fear of what change might mean.
This is where The Untold You begins.
The Untold You is not about fixing yourself or starting again.
It is about stopping long enough to admit what you already know but keep pushing aside.
That the way you are living is costing you more than you want to admit.
That constantly holding it together is no longer sustainable.
This space is for people who are capable, responsible and driven, and tired of managing life instead of actually living it.
Not because they do not know what needs to change.
But because acknowledging it changes everything.
The moments that bring people here
When work no longer fits
Because your work should fit your life, not quietly drain it.
This is for the moment you realise something is off.
You are capable, experienced, and outwardly fine, but the role no longer reflects who you are or how you want to live.
We do not rush to answers.
We slow things down, challenge assumptions, and look at what this chapter is really asking of you.
When life feels relentless
For the point where everything keeps moving and you are the one trying to keep up.
This is about noticing the patterns that leave you overwhelmed, stretched thin, or disconnected from yourself.
We create space to think clearly again.
To question what you have been reacting to.
And to decide what deserves your energy now.
When you have lost yourself a little
For when you have been so focused on coping, managing, or holding things together that you no longer recognise where you fit.
This work invites honest reflection.
The kind that gently challenges the stories you have been living by and helps you reconnect with what actually matters to you.
Not to become someone new.
But to come back to yourself with more intention.
The person behind The Untold You
Recruitment gave me a front-row seat to how people really experience work, confidence, pressure and change. For over twenty years, I worked closely with people at career crossroads, moments of self-doubt, and points where something clearly needed to shift, even if they could not yet name what that was.
Alongside that, I have lived my own turning points. From solo motherhood to identity-shifting life transitions, I know what it is like to look capable on the outside while quietly questioning what comes next.
My coaching is not passive or surface level. I ask thoughtful and often challenging questions that bring perspective, interrupt familiar patterns, and invite deeper honesty. The kind that makes you pause and realise what you have been avoiding or overlooking.
This work is not about fixing you or pushing you forward. It is about helping you see more clearly, think differently, and make conscious choices that actually reflect who you are and what you want now.
This is the work behind The Untold You.
